- Employed/unemployed Foundation Phase or Intermediate Phase teacher
- Have obtained a teaching qualification in the last few years (2021-2024)
- Have 0-3 years work experience
- Be SACE registered
- Be a South citizen or permanent resident
- Have an interest and curiosity in Montessori education
- Coachable and willingness to learn.
